Hello everyone, I am zhao, a self-taught chef from Fujian, China. My boyfriend and I both like cooking very much. We especially like Chinese food. Every recipe in the blog has been developed and tested with passion. China’s catering culture has a long history, and the stunts of Chinese chefs can exceed your imagination, just like Chinese Kung Fu. Doesn't it seem simple? Why write this blog, because I like sharing, sharing every joy in life with my family and friends. After eating the food I cooked, they praised and asked: But how to do it? Seeing a photo of a dish, I asked them to compliment, and then asked: But where is the recipe? I am more and more aware that sharing is more than just showing your achievements to the one you love.
